yeah!! it's a specific branch of psychology where you tend to evaluate people that have charges pressed against them, or are about to testify. it's common to go through records as well, and counsel people already in prison or that have gone through trauma. it's mais of a mixture of the legal side with elements of psychology in the mix, & less on the science side when most people hear the word "forensics". a lot of people are shook when i tell them what i study, because they don't understand how i have the time to do all of it haha. but i have three majors: psychology, criminology, and french, with one minor in spanish. i'm hoping to earn a phd in forensic psychology, and either open my own practice or work somewhere in law enforcement or the government.
