How do you make icons?

I guess I'm mais asking where. I used to make them on Picnick but, now that that's closed I don't know where to make them.

1. Go to Paint. (only if u have PC/Windows.)
2. Draw your ícone with the tools and mouse.
3. Go to File.
4. Go to Save As.
5. Name it.
6. Don't forget to put .ico at the end of the name!
Example: goOo.ico
7. Press the Enter key or click Save when you are done typing the name and you are satisfied.
Note: If you don't know how to make the page paper smaller, click the dots and drag.
Note to prev note: Keep the rato button pushed down when dragging the page smaller!
