every time i try clicking on my itunes thing it doesn't come up!! iv'e tried a thousand times!! what do i do?

Well that's really vague, it could be a lot of things. Depends if you have a PC or Mac and if there was an error message (and what it said) or if it just did nothing, idk what to tell you from what you said, try googling it.
