Should I lend my friend my old ballet slippers or the ones I'm using now?

She is in a school play of Beauty and the Beast and has worn out hers. The perfromances for it are at the end of this week. I need to give them to her on Monday, and I have dance on Tuesday and Wednesday, I could use my old ones just for those two classes and let her use my newer ones or I could let her use my older ones.

Thanks for all the respostas :) I decided to give her my old ones because she was dancing on carpet and the old ones worked batter on carpet.

My answer would have been which ones looked or suited her mais for the part, and if the old ones fitted her comfortably i'd lend her those. But if the new ones were the better choice and she was a responsible friend i'd lend her the new ones
