I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

I want to create wallpapers with different pictures fused or merged together but i have no idea how! Is there a software that does this or what please help i have no idea! The pictures I want to create are similar to the avatar picture shown if you know how to create these kind of wallpapers can you please help? THANKS!

It doesn't matter but just torrent the newest one because it costs a lot of money. there are other programs that can prob do it but idk what they are called. and you can google tutorials on how to do specifially what you want to do.
