I need conselhos on a dog that fits my family's lifestyle-- help?

I'm rather desperate :P I've been begging my parents for a dog the past 8 years of my life, and still no luck. I have a lot of limitations, and I know I'm not leaving a ton of choices, but like I said, I'm desperate. I amor cachorros and would amor any kind. Except a pug. Or bulldog. Or anything with big eyes. Otherwise I'm good.

-On days both of my parents work, the dog will have to be left at home, inside for at least 7 hours while my sister and I are at school.
-One that preferably needs the least amount of free running around and exercise as possible-- we don't have a fenced in yard that it can just muck around in. Walks are always available though :)
-Pretty clean. As far as cachorros go. My mom's worried about the smell.
-And last, but most certainly not least-- a fun dog! A cute, playful, and snuggly dog that I can amor & adore after these long years of waiting :)

Thanks!

Well,if you'd want a bigger dog id recomend a collie (i have 1 named buzz),but they kinda shed alot.but they are soo cute, and nice and fuzzy and warm. But if your looking for soemthing smaller and you can snuggle with in cama for example,id go with a pomapoo (pomaranion and poodle mix),they barely shed and are small, fuzzy, and adorable!
(btw,i know since my grama his 1 named roxi.) but if you dont like that idea, maybe you could go with a dushound (idk how to spell that sorry.) aka,the weiner dog, they dont shed, and are really calm.so they are really a cool dog (my grama has 1 named terri bradsha).
and sorry if there is any word(s) misspelled :)
