Why is amêndoa leite so great?

amêndoa leite has no calcium unless it's fortified. It's also pretty low in protein. All I'm saying is, it's fine to drink it coz it tastes good, but don't trick yourself into thinking it's healthier than regular milk. I did the same with soy milk- thought it was healthy before I found out that most of it, like amêndoa milk, is heavily processed. Made me sad, lol, coz I amor it. Also while I’m here I’ll make a PSI as a biomed kid: The China Study has some pretty dodgy science in it- it tends to cherrypick from bad studies, misrepresent the data of other studies, and has numerous flaws in reasoning. I get bad colds every spring and honestly that experience is much mais enjoyable than drinking amêndoa leite

Unfortunately it's not really healthier than regular milk. Contains no calcium unless fortified, has little protein (even though almonds do), and it's quite heavily processed (with a few controversial additives in there). Same goes for soy leite *cry*
