Hallucinations are usually just tricks of the senses. You might hear or see something that isn't there.
Delusions are ideas that are not true. Like how you might have a delusion of being watched when you really aren't or you have a delusional idea that you can achieve something that is unachievable.
Both of these can be caused por some mental disorders.

Legend is right.

Basically a hallucination is something that is perceived through the senses. You see something thats not there. You hear something thats not there. You feel/smell something thats not there.

A delusion is a belief that is not true. The God Complex is a delusion where you believe you are a god. Or maybe you believe you can fly. Or maybe you believe that there is always something watching you... .... like a duck.

Hallucinations: Something That You Think You've Heard Or Saw. For Example, I Just SAW A Rock Dancing.
Delusions: A Belief That Is Not True. For Example, I KNOW That Rocks Can Dance !!!!

One could say reality is just a shared common hallucination.
