Why do most people hate the band "Nickelback"?

People just have different opinions.

But I will say a major factor would be that people just jump on the hate-bandwagon. Since everyone else seems to hate it, then they will too so they don't embarrass themselves por admitting they like something unpopular. Human nature.

Maybe people hate them because the think that band doesn't sing very good.Well it's everyones opinions.Everybody has different opinions in life.

I think a lot of people find them monotonous.
Their songs sound similar to another.

I think most rock and metal fãs dislike nickelback because they find the música generic and radio-friendly as opposed to their favorito rock/metal artists, and the lyrics to be either juvenile and simple or just unnecessarily explicit. There are many other bands that fit this descrição as well, but nickelback is easily the most famous of them, which I assume is why some people get so angry when they're put on such a high pedestal por others.

(For the record I'm indifferent to the band; this is just the reasoning I've seen explained por haters.)

I am pretty sure most people does not hate them. I happen to really like that band.
