What stereotypes personally offend you?

The only stereotype that really gets on my nerves is that all Americans are overweight and stupid.

Also the 'rape victims were asking for it' thing. I wasn't raped but one of my best friends was.

Also that all dykes have to be butch or femme. (I'm pretty in the middle.) Or that they're all sex-crazed. Or it's also not really a stereotype but I couldn't could the number of straight girls who have asked me if I've had a crush on them jesus fucking

When someone says you have a "white/black" name
or your clothes look like they're for "white" girls.
Like what the fuck man?!

The stereotype that says all blondes are dumb.
My hair is nearly white, and yet I'm smarter than almost everyone at my school, including teachers at some times.
I blame Hollywood.

That Mexicans are Lazy

Many Mexicans work in fields,construction and much more. In the fields they only get paid like $8 or less and they been in the sun all day, and are cover in sweat and dirt. How is that Lazy?

Also many Americans call mexicans lazy but they are also saying that are stealing jobs. How could someone "lazy" steal jobs?

I am a Mexican and I get really get piss off when people say that Mexicans are lazy. To those who do say that I say that you are not Mexican and you do not know all Mexicans so you don't know if we are lazy or not But for you to know we are not

Yes! My mum and sister has red hair and they get stereotyped all the time. My sister is going into the 5th grade and she been getting straight A's. My mum's brother even stereotypes red heads.

Me and my sis came from a family (on both sides) that has freckles. What really pisses me off is that "people who roubou a soul gains a freckle" thing. It isn't true.

i Really Hate the "only black people are good at basketball" one...
(like this one time i was trying out for basquetebol, basquete and there was a lot of people there so they couldn't get everybody joined, well half the people that tried out for basquetebol, basquete got turned away and a little mais than half got to join, well there was only room for one mais player... i did good on my dribbling, good on my freethrows, great on my threepointers, and great on my passing... but Isaiah (a black kid at my school) who only made like two of his free throws and he made none of his threepointers got the spot! i mean, he's not a bad guy but, he isn't really that good at Basketball. not to mention i'm taller than him (he's like 5'6" i'm 5'9") and have better hops... i don't blame him though... i blame the coach -_-...)

as for red hair... are you talking about gingers or just having redhair? i don't know what the stereotypes on that is... but i am not one to judge... ^-^

They don't necessarily offend me, but they annoy me.

Like when some people find out you listen to kpop they automatically classify you as one of those fãs that go "OMFGGGG I SARANG YOU OPPAAAAAAAAR!!!1111! XDD" or that your taste in música is automatically inferior to theirs.
And like what RickRolla said, when people think that Asia is only made up of Korea, China and Japão and all the other Asian countries are in some other continent or something.
Another would be when you say you're an Atheist, you're some devil spawn of Satan and if you're Christian, you're an ignorant asshole.

Really the others don't offend me I don't here any stereotypes in my school much my school is really strict so I only hear hair colours.

I thought blonde and brunette couples made red haired babies. So does this mean those couples shouldn't get together? o_o I see nothing wrong with red haired people, even though the stereotypes about them can sometimes be true. They can be a bit wild, but not evil or a devil spawn. That's just silly. :P

I dislike any stereotypes. Stereotypes are for people unintelligent enough to form an opinion about people, without actually being able confirm said opinion. Even worse, they judge people based on ridiculous matters of shallowness and ridicule them based on such information.

The only one that personally offends me, however, is the fact that me and my friend got pulled over, while driving, because I had my head shaved, due to unfortunate circumstances, was wearing a singlet and he was driving a drift car... That cop was stereotypical, that's for sure.
