Are there any other really good sites besides fanpop to have fun on and make friends?

Because I need to find another different site besides this one, because there are certain people on here that I do not want to interact with and it does not let you block them from fanning or inboxing you. So I feel totally uncomfortable here. I mean this site is totally awesome and I amor everything about it. Its just that if I can't block some certain people then I guess I won't be able to stick around much any longer. This is the only thing that this site fails at. They need a block button. I already know how to denunciar someone. So please don't tell me how to do that and this issue has nothing to do with me reporting anyone to began with. So I just feel like I really do not belong here and I just don't know what to do. Plus what if there is some really bad person nagging you on here or some big pervert on here and I can't block them? I mean fanpop is an awesome site, because it has everything I like on it from animê to cristianismo type things and there's always a lot of people to chat with on Fanpop. There is just some certain ones I don't care for, but there's not an option to block them off your page or fã list. Therefore I really need to find another good site just like this if anyone has any good recommendations. I already get on facebook a lot and use it for my animê stuff and things, but many of the people there aren't always that nice to me or end up turning on me. I'm trying to find good friendships and things, but its very rare that you find good, loyal people there like myself. Though I still use facebook in hope that if there's someone good like me on there then their will just one dia have to be some mais people on there as good as me. I also already have Twitter, Tumblr etc etc...I even cadastrar-se forums, but I'm never able to interact well with people about my interests there or ever make any good friends. fórum sites just really aren't my thing.
