Why in the living hell did I have a dream about this?

So I went to sleep last night. I had a dream that I was sitting on this chair in my parents' room. There was a water sound, and I needed to use the bathroom desperately, but I didn't want to get up. I finally got up and realized I had a penis.

Like wtf? Why would I have a dream about that?

Dreams reflect memories or thoughts. Maybe you were thinking of a guy needing to ise the bathroom, or needing toho to the bathroom and thinking of a guy at the same time. I ddon't know.
