what would you do in this situation?

okay, well, i was going to tell my parents(i'm Jewish) that i want to be a Secular Jew(where you believe in Judaism as a community, not a religion) but that was until my parents threatened to kick my sister out of our início for maybe having to work on high holidays! what should i do? i don't want to be a coward, but I don't want them to be mad...
