You cannot tell if a black dude or black woman is blushing.

Unless they have very light or immediate skin complexion you cannot tell at all.

If you pay attention you might be able to guess when they are blushing (eg You know what gets them embarrassed or they do little things and you pick up on the hints.) Other than that you cannot tell.

And no it is not racist. You just asked a question. Asking a harmless pergunta wouldn't make it racist.
