Pain killers? I don't know all I can say is go to the doctor. Chest pain often indicates a coração problem it sounds pretty serious so you should see a doctor soon.

Not everyone here would know the cause for this so....

I'd say you're in a bit of a depression or possibly are suffering from some sort of crash in health due to stress or anxiety that has accumulated in your life.

Take some deep breathes, get away from whatever's bugging you. A nice walk while listening to música you like might help; fresh air is mais beneficial than one thinks.

I could suggest Bicom therapy, but they may not have it where you live. The only reason I say Bicom, is because I have first hand experiences with it, and it is very effective. Weather it can cure something as bad as that, I don't know. Why haven't you heard of it? Doctors are too sceptical, and don't believe in it. But me, my family, and my friends have all had brilliant results.
