Yeah. Like a cycle, wake up and go to school, come back and do your homework. Same thing everyday until the weekends. Just try to do something that you normally don't do. if you usually sit indoors and stay on your computer/laptop. You can well,go take karate or go run or walk a lap. Well that's the best i can come up with.

I believe that classifies as depression for me.

Yes, I have. I tend to look at the positive things in life and look at what I have.

Find stuff to look progressivo, para a frente to at the end of the day, even the small stuff like getting into your cama at the end of a long day, or eating a chocolate or seeing someone.

It has to be stuff you find enjoyable. Then when something slightly bigger happens you perceive it to be even larger or mais exciting. You'll get happier, trust me.

Yes, every single waking moment of my life, it's all a routine. Boredom is just everything. I wake up every moment praying for some type of change, although I also pray that nothing changes, because change is frighting. There are very few things that strike my interest anymore, and believe it or not, animê is one of them. I just feel less-alone while watching it.

Meh.

My mom is someone very high in a company so my family is always traveling. And because of that I sometimes have to do online school. This doesn't really give you a lot of time to make your mark anywhere, so I often just withdraw from the world.

To get out of my funk I always take a new project or create a knew skill. Right now i'm an amateur choreographer, tatoo artist, cartoonist, sculpter, singer, actress, and video game programmer. I'm also composição literária four books, two plays, 3 possible t.v. Shows, a movie, and countless songs.

I just let my life change as my passions do. And honestly I believe that that is the best way to live..

And everyone calls it suicidal and risky so maybe don't follow my examples but I like to live on the edge. When i'm bored I go out and walk my dog with no jaqueta in the rain. If it really hot outside I walk barefoot. Maybe i'm depressed? I take a nap in the middle of the road. If I feel powerless I take my dad's gun and shoot it at a mural in my backyard. If I feel fat I pull on a cami and shorts and sit outside. If I feel happy I make myself dizzy and dive in a pool or try and swim out as far as I can in thw ocean.

At the end of the dia i'm always looking for new experiences.

Hope this helped!

...Yes, about 3 months ago, I was in the worst place possible, my Sister leaving affected me a lot and well, I fell into a depression of sorts, just don't do what I did, I admit it, I cut myself, a lot....Just don't do it EVER, now I draw, or listen to music, or talk to my friends, and take care of this one bamboo plant to help me feel happy, and well,I got out of that rut and refuse to go back, just try new things when you can, you may find something you really amor to do.

Yes indeed I do. Stay away from technology. Get outside. Read a book. Aim to learn something new everyday. And do something you've never done before everyday. I dunno, just try and make today different from yesterday. Try and be better than the you you were yesterday. But things tend to work themselves out anyway, so don't panic just yet. Hope you feel better soon. :)
