How do you quit a spot?

I accidentally joined a spot, but when I tried to quit, I couldn't find a way to.
Can someone help me? I seriously do NOT want to be a "TDI's Katie and Sadie" fã forever!

ok click perfil at the topo, início of the page. then once it is there go too your spots. at the bottom right hand corner of the box it says mais spots click that. then there will be a list of your spots and find the spot you want too quit and underneth the ícone in red it says unsubscibe. click that then there will be a pergunta it says do you want too unsubscibe too this spot click yes, and you are off that spot or in other words you are no thonger joined too that spot.
