Something happend to me now im so fucking scared!!!!

okay ill ask you did ever happen to you 2 when u were eating ad suddnly u saw blood on your comida i did not know i was bleeding and i swallowt a little bit of my blood (sorry for my bad english) is that bad im really scared :((
