Ok, I'm a guy and I'm no expert. I would suggest finding a quality store near you, that specialize in women's clothing. You could ask a sales lady. My other choice is going on the internet and looking at various styles. Hopefully a female will answer this and be mais help to you than me. Good Luck :)

Have you tried under-wired stuffed ones? I've seen them advertised, i don't know whether they work or not.
I think they're just like padded bras but with the extra umph of a metal bone to hold everything up and in place. Other then that i can't help you, i'm afraid.
But you could go to Marks And Spencers and talk to their booby department there, they may have a swim-suit that could help
