Talk to a school counselor and maybe a therapist, if it is a real problem they can put you on medication. Believe me, I know exactly what you are going though and I know how to get out of it.
Well, it really all depends on the person. Different, specific things make one happy and diverts one's attention from depression. However, one thing that everyone should learn is that emotions are only mental. They don't control your mind. You control your mind. So, you can choose to not be depressed, but it all depends on your mental state of mind. If you find it difficult to get rid of this depression, then perhaps música would best suit your need.

música is good for sadness, true, but you're a fool to think emotions can't control your mind.
Nope, I'm not. However, not many people know how to. It's a skill that must be developed. Obviously, you don't possess the skill either, but I'm not going to insult you, because that's just immature.
Emotions are mais powerful than any drug. Enough anger can cause you to blackout, and wake up surrounded in dead bodies. Now, unless you've had a lobomaty, this applies to everyone, including you.
Okay, you may believe what you want to believe. I really don't care. But, you're not comprehending what I'm writing, are you? Ask any psychiatrist. They'll tell you that you can control your emotions. Now, just because you don't own this skill, doesn't mean you have to try and disprove the truth so others feel the way that you feel. Yes, emotions are difficult to triumph over, but that doesn't mean they can't be overcome.
