If a family member insults one of your favorito celebrities, how do you react?

I give him/her a dirty look and tell them there's something wrong with them

I slap the hell out of my brother when he calls Taylor Lautner "Gaylor Lautner". Stupid, right?

nothing ,I will never talk to him/her again!!!

I just shake it off, and continue on with my life. x3

Roll my eyes and shake my head. I have my ways to voice my distaste clearly enough for the family members. :)

Well whenever someone talks bad about Michael I try to suck it up and not say anything but if I cant, tears start to run down my face...

Meh, I'm mais in to anime. There are some celebrities that I like though.
The only person who doesn't like them is my sister, but she doesn't insult them.
If anyone will in the future, I'll either defend them or pelt rotten tomatoes at them. Depends how insulting the insult was.

I stab them with my butcher knife.

My mom once said Russell Brand "looks like he's wearing wemon's shoes" (he was wearing boots with a heel) & I said "you're just jealous cuz my man has fashion sense" (my dad was in the room, kinda akward lol)

My cousin said he looks like he's never taken a chuveiro in his life. I gasped and said "well, he's your cousin-in-law. With sexy hair. Get used to it."

My great aunt said Lady Gaga is trashy. I didn't say anything, because I wasn't going to be "disrespectful", but in my head I was thinking "Well yeah, cuz it's not the 40s anymore"


Anyways, ppl who insult my fav celebrities have no idea what they're talking about, so I assume they've been hit hard on the head with a brick & mover on...(or hit them with a brick if nessisary lol) :P

I would get angry but say nothing but they know not to talk about MJ unless it is a friend I will argue will them & cuss them out.XD

I'm not going to go into details. But the majority of the time it concludes with someone bleeding excessively.

I usually just make some joke about it.

When my dad said that one of my favorito singers looked like a girl (he's a guy por the way), I told him that girls only wished they were as hot as he is.

"You need new glasses."

Or I give them a dirty look and tell them why they're wrong. Example, "Oh, yeah? Well, that 'twerp' could kick your behind!" (I don't curse at my parents.)

I tell them to stop insulting themselves.

I start a major debate. If anyone insults my fave celeb, I usually ask why and expect good reasons. If they provide reasons, I show them how their opinion is flawed until they can't think of anything else, and then I tell them that now that I've proved them wrong, they can't stay horrible things about that person anymore. :P
Most of my friends know that I get easily insulted though. I told them that I'm prefectly okay with them disliking that celeb, but not insulting. >.>

My best friend (who is like a sister to me) HATES my celeb crush. She hates him so much she won't even talk about him. Then, get this; the only reason she hates him is because I amor him!

I normally try to reason with them and even sometimes perusade them to listen to them or watch filmes of them.. I agree sometimes with their points however I also show how there are good sides to them as well..
My Dad once thought that Lady Gaga's songs were always bad but then I mad ehim listen to some of the others.. Now he likes her songs and listens to the most of the time..
One person in the family who remains biased is my mother.. She cant be persuaded!!

Give it back to them. Or laugh. It only happens with NASCAR, so there's 42 others to make fun of... MWHAHAHA!

tell them they were soooo wrong and their oppinion doesn't mean a thing to me. but it wuld hurt the celebrity, so i'd soco them in the face :P

Well my Uncle Rusty calls Adam Lambert a fag so I yell back at him that he's not a fag.

It's usually my dad, and I get pretty pissed off, and it turns into me having a rant about how he was completely wrong. It will last for about 20 minutes, until he gives in.
But if he insults Cheryl? Then that's a completely other story, seriously, you wouldn't want to be there...

Just joke around about what they said.
