If I'm in the middle of an uncontrollable sobbing spell, I take advantage of it and write a poem or something. Any sort of creative outlet. When you're that sad, you have crazy, irrational thoughts. Making something up prevents you on actually atuação out on these urges.
If I'm just kind of sad, I usually read. Happy or sad book help. Happy books can make you feel happy sad books can make you forget about your own troubles and feel compassion for someone else. (Or you can laugh at the characters for having a worse life than yourself. Depending on how malicious you are)
Or I just listen to this song. It's the only song that'sever succeeded at cheering me up.
