Well, if you're dating just break up with him & say u want to be friends.

If you're not dating him & you're already friends tell him you're sorry but you just don't have feelings for him.

get to know him. If he really really likes you, go on a couple dates and if after all that you still dont like him, simply tell him it wont work out.

well , u'll have 2 tell him that when u said u liked him u kind of didn't mean it .. if he's a guy like me he will understand .. at first he'll try 2 kill u but then he'll forget it

You should say you're sorry you said you liked him, but you do in a friendly way, you don' share his feelings.

You can't leave it t that. You have to tell him that you're sorry and you really don't like him anymore than a friend.

you need to tell him that you do like him but only as a friend.
