link only site you'll ever need, cuz not only can you find justin bieber pics here, but if you join(its free, no strings attached) you can make organized albums so he wont get lost among a folder full of other uploads and copies, you can save imagens from a procurar to albums, or to a computer(simply click 'download' in the image options, that doesnt cost either), and best of all, photobucket has a fairly elaborate image editor(for something that works online, i know photoshop is better) that you can make custon icons, wallpapers, banners, you name it(thats how i made my current user ícone actually). heres an example of a user's album too:
