It sounds weird (especially the one that is that por not eating breakfast regularly you'll gain weight), but it's true. Simple things like that can be helpful. You should eat a healthy and full breakfast (something in which many, many people neglect), a good lunch, a good dinner, and snacks in between, then it will help. Of course, you know the well-known things, like don't overeat the lixo food, meaning that it is not good to eat Nutella out of a jar on a daily basis (no matter how delicious it is!). Even simple things can do a lot! :)
