its my boyfriend!!!!!

he said his coração hurts and im worried.i dont know if its me or if it is something wrong with his coração heart.the one that keeps him alive.and i havent seen him at school or anything so im guessing it has to do with his real heart,but idk.am i overreacting?(again)????????????
