if you break something, you cant fix it. but if something is stolen, you can always find it, and it will eveantully stay like it was before. :)

It depends.

If it was something meaningful to me, I would rather have it broken than missing. Because at least I would still have it. If it was something I didn't really care about, I wouldn't care if it got stolen or lost.
