Maybe a little but as long as they look about the same age and its really only PLAYING and nothing like... overly "touchy" if you know what I mean I dont really have a problem with it.

I don't see the issue period honestly in most countries that's a legitimate thing. I'd have more an issue if the girl literally wasn't 16-17 years and thus an adult in alot of countries.

It's a pretty big age gap but it's legal age and just a role.
And if the role was for a setting that was during earlier days then it would be more fitting as age gaps like that were not uncommon and is more accurately portraying the era.
But yeah also what Riku said, if they don't look too young I wouldn't feel that uncomfortable. I mean there are some young af looking 16 year olds and while it is legal, it would look wrong.

I haven't thought about it. i did just watch a soap opera episode with this situation. I think they should both be over 18.
