Yuko, Re-L, Shiro, and Sunako are good guys too. Yuko is kind of an oracle of some sort. Re-L is just a badarse female character. Shiro is kind of that weird mix, more on the good side though. Sunako is a girl who thinks she's ugly because one man said so and because of this she is viewed as dark, ugly, and weird. Nana is also a good guy, she's a rock star in her series hence the darker style. And Gumi literally is just an animated singer.

Now Beatrice, she can be good or bad depending on the arc. She's just really confusing, the whole series is.

Michiko is more of an anti-hero. She is the main character but she is a prison escapee and commits various crimes. Yet she commits most of them to protect a little girl.

Asami's good through and through.

And yes, everyone else is evil.
