Ever since I was young, I’ve always enjoyed graffiti. I’ve never done graffiti in my life, or have any artistic skills at all, but I enjoy it. Maybe it was due to a combination of playing a lot of Jet Set Radio as a kid as well as seeing them when I was living around urban areas as a kid. I feel like Regina would take on one of two roles; either she's the dean or the principal.
In the first scenario, Haggar is the principal. She's the one students are sent to for misbehaving. Icy and Bellatrix see her very, very often.

If not the dean of the school, I can see Regina as the principal due to her abilities and responsibilities as the mayor of Storybrook. She's a rather stern principal but she is well liked and respected. She keeps the school organized and in control.

Almost all of them are grim and depressing, and when you do the "right" thing, you often end up making people's lives worse. You give Jenny some medicine but she doesn't go with you to town, is left wondering around forever. The guy who you helped make his flying mechine only ends up dying.
