D.A.R.E. Essay

I have learned a lot of valuable things from D.A.R.E. this year. D.A.R.E. stands for Drug Abusive Resistance Education. One this is not to do drugs. There are a lot of different kinds of drugs, but the most common drugs are smoking, and drinking alcohol. Drugs harm you in many ways, including mentally and physically. For example, smoking can make you have a variety of sickness and diseases, like lung cancer, and coração disease. Another drug is alcohol. It causes dizziness, and distance judgment to be incorrect. People take these drugs because of the following reasons-1.They seen their friends do it and want to do it too- 2.It makes them relax- and- 3.They want to be cool. Let me tell you this- drugs aren’t cool. If you just take drugs just one time, you’ll feel like you need to take them again the seguinte day. The nicotine in cigarettes makes it become addictive, so you’ll need to take them over and over again. So, you’ll still get addicted to it, even if you think you aren’t. And sooner or later, you’re going to end up in the hospital with a disease, or die. We had watched a video about a boy and his girlfriend who had taken too much drugs, and had Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante solid and died. We watched a recording of the actual 911 call, and they said that they saw people; African Americans to be exact- stashing cars in trees. The police think that they saw COWS instead of people.
