oi have you noticed the big piece of stone in central park? the one where crazy Marlene took Julian? the place where
the lost treasure of the golden squril had something to do with it? have you ever wondered what it was?
well that, is an obelisk.
ancient Egyptians built it thousands of years ago, and it still survives today. they crated 3, and one, known as cleopatras needle, is located in london, another in paris, and one in new york, central park.
it is covered in hieroglyphics, carved por the most skilled scribes. artisans(crafts people) chipped it piece por piece it to perfection, and they stand almost 68 feet high. theese are magnificent monuments, and i was suprized to see one in the penguins of Madagascar.

TDL's Note: I'm composição literária a new story. This one is rather dark. The first part is very short; it is only the prologue.

Blowhole's Reminiscence

Just a little drabble I wrote up, my theories as to why Blowhole is crazy and wants to flood the world and hates Skipper. This will probably be COMPLETELY different from what actually happened, but oh well. Just something to tide us all over until Febuary 15th.

Title sucks, I know, but it's the best I could come up with. :-/

I might write another story soon, too. If I haev the time. I wanna write a Skipper/Marlene/Blowhole story. Insane, I know. :P

And I believe I've officially become Blowhole's number-one fan. On this website, at least. ^^;

"Uggh! What's up with Skipper?" asked Marlene, "He keeps messing with me and thinks that he can boss me around! What's wrong with him?"

"Uhh, girl." Icicle said while fighting through the leaves, "Don't you think that Skipper does that to protect you?"

"Well, sometimes. But still...Yea, whatever." Marlene jumped over the root blocking her way. "Why can't he see that I can take care of myself? I don't want him to think of me as a weak, damsel in distress. I want to be more."...

Note To Self,

It’s been nearly a month. I’m not sure what happened, but Skipper is in the worst shape of his life. Private and I have both made various attempts to talk to him, but he refuses to say a word. On another note, he won’t eat his fish, anymore. Private tells me that he somehow feels responsible. I somehow doubt it. But, with the way things are looking, who knows what’s wrong with Skipper? I only wish that he would tell me something. It wouldn’t even have to be about this situation. I simply need to know if he’s still sane.

Besides, he’s starting to frighten Private....

Author's Note: Finally, a homework assignment I WANT to do! My English teacher told us that we had to write a "frame story," or a story about someone telling a story. She said it could be any genre, and about anything we wanted (as long as it's school appropriate, of course). Naturally, I took the opportunity to write this.
