As soon as Dr. Murdoch disappeared, Kowalski felt as if they should hold appendages. "Guys, I think it's time for Future Kowalski to send us back home, so if you want to ALL go home, we must hold appendages," said Kowalski. "Can we say goodbye to everyone here first though?" asked Lilly. "Of course, Herelde was nice, the Digger helped us find a way to the lair, and that one guy at the elevator kindly directed us there," said Private. After a while, the group held arms, flippers, or whatever they had together and waved goodbye to the friends they made on the way. "Goodbye Digger!! Goodbye Herelde!! Goodbye- ....Arschtget,stax is it?" asked Skipper. Then, the man with the bloody mouth nodded as Skipper said his name right. "I hope we can see you all again when we come back here seguinte time!!" said Marlene. Lilly looked away sadly. "What's wrong love?" asked Skipper. "What if the zoo doesn't like me?" asked Lilly. "Oh, they've been waiting for years for us to have a female pinguim in the zoo for the first time!! Cheer up Lilly!!" said Skipper enthusiastically. Lilly then smiled and held his flipper. "I'll go too then!!" said Lilly. "Alright guys, hold on!!" said Kowalski, then, they started to fade and they were stretched long and thin until the vortex of time sucked them out of the future, and back to the present.
The group materialized again back at the HQ with Future Kowalski clapping. "Well done!! You've defeated the Blood Night!! And taught Dr. Murdoch to be good again!!" cheered Future Kowalski. "Hello Future me, well, it looks like you can go back now-" said Kowalski. "Nonsense, I'll stay here, get some time off and remember the good ol' days, right Skipper?" asked Future Kowalski. "Yeah, you can stay, men, we will take time off from training for a week, you all deserve it," said Skipper. The group then cheered happily. "I gotta get back to my habitat, the zoo will be expecting me when it opens tomorow, see ya guys!!" said Marlene, walking out the fishbowl entrance. "See ya Marlene!!" said Skipper. "Private, will you forgive me for all the times I've slapped you, thought you were unimportant, or took advantage of you?" asked Skipper. "Hmmmmmm..... Yes, after seeing how bad I became, yes, I forgive you Skippah," said Private. "Thanks Private, you're a great soldier!!" said Skipper. "Thank you!!" cheered Private. Rico and Future Kowalski then headed off to go to sleep, apparently tired of being up for 7 days straight. "I'm gonna go watch my recording of the Lunacorn marathon that I missed while we were gone, is that okay with you sir?" asked Private.
"Of course, go right ahead," said Skipper, shooing Private away. He then followed Lilly up the fishbowl entrance and she pulled out a radio and clicked the play button. Skipper heard a woman singing, it sounded like it came from a 60's movie, but it sounded nice and catchy, and he heard Lilly sing along with the woman's voice, she blinked her eyes at him and kissed him. "Like this song Skippy?" asked Lilly. "Yes I do, I amor it!!" said Skipper. "Youre timeless to me as well Skippy!!" said Lilly, cantar along with mais of the song. Skipper then sang along with the song as he heard a male voice cadastrar-se in. "You struck out your hopes in me, much better than a big ol' tree, but yet!! You're timeless to me," sang Skipper. "Obviously you've heard this song before Skip?" asked Lilly. "Yeah, in some Broadway play called "Hairspray". You found it I'm guessing?" asked Skipper. "I found it in an old música store, abandoned in the Blood Night," said Lilly. Then, the last verse of the song came into focus, they heard it and then, they sat down, at last, in peace, for the first time in 8 days. Lilly nuzzles into Skipper's chest and closed her eyes. Skipper then, with a flirtatious wink, clapped his flippers, and the lamp post that had light on it went off.

“It’s a dolphin!” exclaimed Private.

Leroy frowned in concern. “She looks like she’s hurt,” he observed. ‘And familiar too,’ he thought to himself.

Skipper immediately took charge. “Kowalski, Rico!”

The two penguins jumped to attention. “Ready to receive orders, sir,” said Kowalski.

“Uh huh,” agreed Rico.

Skipper nodded. “Swim outside and get the civilian in the sub. Private?”

Private turned to look at his leader, tearing his gaze away from the unconscious dolphin. “Yes, Skipper?”

“Go and get the first aid kit in case we need it,” ordered Skipper.

When Tom had first met Danica, she seemed to be the nicest woman in the world. Well, he quickly figured out that she was only sweet when she was either in a good mood, or when she wasn’t working.

“Come on, Private! Keep up!” Danica said jogging a few feet ahead of him. He’d been there for three weeks now and Danica had been training him since he’d been taken there. She told him it was to make him stronger. Each dia was something spontaneous. Whether it was jogging, or push-ups, or chin-ups, or whatever else Danica could come up with for...

“I’m sorry, little guy. Did that mean man come in here and take you away?” Lorrie asked Kowalski as she set him back in his cage. Kowalski hopped around a little.

“No, I went exploring! You should’ve seen me! I opened the door all on my own and everything!” Kowalski told her excitedly. Lorrie sighed.

“I’m sorry Preston works for those horrible people. I’m glad you don’t understand what’s going on. I would hate for you to realize how cruel the world is,” Lorrie said as her eyes went dark. Kowalski sighed....

It was a long ride to wherever they were going. The moto de neve, snowmobile moved at a great speed, a speed that Tom had never experienced before. It would have been invigorating if he hadn’t had the attack on his mind.

The fact that his friends and family were all dead hit him the hardest the farther away they moved from the village. He had no family. They were all dead.

He even found himself missing his parents. Despite the fact that they’d lied to him about his hatching and tried to keep him away from his best friend. He felt horrible...

“Okay, Thomas, just drink this,” Dr. Mavis instructed holding a spoon full of a clear liquid to Tom’s beak. Tom—too weak to object—obeyed. As soon as the liquid hit his taste buds, he gagged and Mavis held his beak shut to make him swallow.

“I’m sorry, Thomas. I know it doesn’t taste like a red herring, but it’s important that you take it so it keeps up your metabolism,” Mavis explained.

Tom nodded in understanding and took a sip of water, forcing himself to keep it down.

    “Dr....

Private stared at the TV “What do you want Blowhole!” Dr. Blowhole laughed “Revenge!” Private crossed his flippers “What’s your oh so perfect plan this time?” Blowhole smirked “That’s classified.” Marlene got into the conversation “What happened to Keira?” Dr. Blowhole looked straight at her with a blood-curdling glare “I took care of her, she got in my way and now she got what she deserves!” Marlene gasped “Did you…..” Dr. Blowhole scoffed “She’s not dead; I wouldn’t kill my sisters best friend.” Marlene sighed with relief. Private stepped forward...

Weeks had passed. Manfredi, Johnson, and Rico had gotten to know each other considerably. Rico felt a little awkward for the first several days, afraid that Manfredi and Johnson wouldn’t accept him after they’d discovered just how deep his secret ability went. But even after he upchucked the pipe wrench, crowbar, clipboard, and an assortment of nuts and bolts that he had managed to get into his gut at the facility, Manfredi and Johnson still treated him like any other penguin. Eventually, he found his comfort zone and started to enjoy his time with his new brothers....
