I think we need a new rp that shall become really active!

I thought to take inspiration from the animê deathnote, we begin in equestria about 25 years infront of the mlp series where there is technology, two deathnote will drop in randomly and those two shall do what they want, they can kill who they want (others oc's can only be killed if the creator is okay with it) while they're can be civilians and the police, the police try to find the killers also known as Kira and the civilians can pick a side, whether they support Kira or hate them! It can be thrilling as this story can go anywhere! But that's my opinion, if you wish to do it then tell me but if you think improvements can be made then tell me aswell!
