Hi, is the patient in S4E10 a hooker or just a role-play actor?

she seems to be a hooker,judging from what House said, however, she played as Blessed Virgin Mary in church.

I am not familiar with American culture.

No she neither, she was just flirting, House jumped to a conclusion based on a whim, it has a tie-in with the colar she was wearing of a saint that represents many things one of them being the falsly accused. She was just playing the part in church.
