Damon raced outside and got into his car. He turned around the keys and drove onto the street. He then pushed the accelerator pedal and raced ahead.
He tried to keep his eyes open. He should have drunken some blood, if only just a little bit. He could almost feel his body breaking inside. But he had to stay awake long enough to get to the hospital.
Other drivers were hooting, because he drove from right to left and from left to right.
“Where did you get your driving license?!” someone yelled angry.
Damon felt his eyes fall down. The car drove for another few yards, while other drivers tried to avoid it.
Then the car drove off the road, turned over three times, landed on its upper side and caught fire.

Daphne’s eyes flashed open. She felt how someone was staring at her and she looked aside. It was a woman with short, ginger hair which she had seemed to cut herself.

Cas forced Shannen against the mural and kissed her hard on the lips, while Shannen unbuttoned his shirt. Cas put his left hand behind Shannen’s neck while his other hand slipped underneath her dress. She wasn’t wearing a bra. He lay his hand on her breast and massaged her nipple.

Confused and tired of all the lies and secrets Cas came back home. He entered the house and walked into the kitchen, where Zoey was still sitting at the table. Her head lay on Daphne’s book; she had fallen asleep.

Meg stood behind a wall, lurking at Cas and Alexia through her field-glass. They were sitting on a terrace eating waffles and drinking milk-shake. Cas looked as if he was drinking heaven itself.
Meg wanted to go to him and explain why she had to run, but she couldn’t without telling him who he was. And she knew she was being watched. She had escaped Crowley’s demons, but it would only be a matter of time before they caught up with her. And if they did she had no chance of defending herself. She had been so stupid to leave the angel faca at home.

Daphne was folding laundry when Cas entered the kitchen. Cas recognized the clothes Daphne had commanded him to wear.
“I should give these away” Daphne said, knowing what Cas was thinking. “I just feel like when I do I’ll have lost him forever”
“You won’t lose him, even if you give the clothes away” Cas said. “But you can also keep them”
“Well, anyways, we need to get you some new clothes” Daphne said. “But to be honest I really don’t like shopping” She put the last piece of clothing in the laundry basket. “Maybe you can ask Meg to go with you”

Before Cas would go to the woman he wanted to see Meg, to make sure she was okay and to tell her he had decided to stay true to his commitment to Daphne. He pushed the latch down and pushed the door open.
Everything seemed normal.
He walked upstairs to check her bedroom. Maybe she was still asleep. He knocked on the door; he had learned it was rude to barge in rooms you weren’t invited in.
No answer.
Cas pushed the latch down and entered the room. The cama was made. The wardrobe and drawers were open and empty.
The same unexplainable kind of pain he had felt the night before came over him...
