Demi Lovato is sick and tired of not having her BFF, Selena Gomez, nearby. The two girls have been attached at the hip since they were young kids and even though they’re both SUPER supportive of the other’s career, it’s hard when they have to go weeks without seeing each other. Selena’s been in Puerto Rico for the last mês or so filming the upcoming Wizards Of Waverly Place Movie and Demi is OVER it! Just this afternoon Demi posted THIS on her Twitter page:

But, the Sonny With A Chance estrela wants you to know there’s other ways to be super fashion savvy without bright lipstick and mascara. “Rock the natural look,” she says, “You don’t have to wear make-up! Style your hair really cool so people will pay mais attention to what your hair looks like. If my hair is really done up no one notices that I’m not wearing so much make-up.” Demi’s a fã of the natural look, too! Demi Lovato is one of the most recognizable faces in the country right now, but even she SHE has to deal with normal 16-year-old issues like being comfortable with her own body. She wrote on her Twitter page today, “I’m not fat, and I’m not skinny. I’m normal! We all have fat, and we all have skin, but that doesn’t mean we need to stereotype anyone. I wanna try something…The seguinte time you want to label someone ‘fat’ or ‘thin,’ just say whoever it is, is beautifully made. But this isn’t just for me, it’s for you girls too. Just saying it once to yourself every morning, ‘I am beautifully made’ can change how we feel about ourselves.” Great tip, Demi!
