HELP: DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHOS THE ARTIST?!?

I recently found this insanely cute fã art of Marco and Jean from Shingeki No Kyojin (Attack on Titan), posing for a selfie, and kept it as wallpaper for my phone for quite awhile now but I really REALLY wanna know who the original artist is? If anyone knows, could you leave the link to the fonte if it came from tumblr or deviantart, or anything like that. I'm kinda desperate at this point. And THANX!!
