Name an animê that look like it should be yaoi but is not listed as yaoi

I'm half way through Hakkenden and for some reason I am waiting for one of them to kiss Shino. But it's not listed as yaoi or shounen-ai. So I guess I'll have to wait to see how it turns out. But it's been having it's moments like Shino's super close relationship with Sosuke. Or how the opening credits shows the "shadow" pretty close to Shino's lips. Or this below with Genpachi
