Awesome. I'm a big horror fã as well. ^_^ My favoritos aside from Elfen Lied and Jigoku Shoujo are Shiki (<3<3), Yami Shibai, Another, Pupa, Corpse Party: Tortured Souls, Ghost Hunt, Shinsekai Yori, Danganronpa, Boogiepop Phantom, Ghost Hound, and Ghost Stories. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, High School of the Dead, and Mirai Nikki are also really popular horror anime.

I'm also a huge fã of Shounen animê like naruto (if you haven't seen Shippuden yet I suggest you watch it ;)). If you liked naruto you might like InuYasha, Noragami, Fairy Tail, Soul Eater, Ao no Exorcist, gintama (really funny anime), Shingeki no Kyojin (also counts as horror), Bleach, Kaze no Stigma, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, or Full Metal Alchemist.

Ouran High School Host Club and Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (The Wallflower) are reverse harems (the genre Brothers Conflict falls under) that made me laugh a lot. xD Diabolik apaixonados is a guilty pleasure of mine. :P Other romance/romantic comedy animê that I like are Kamisama Hajimemashita, Itazura na Kiss, Lovely Complex, Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, Fruits Basket, Honey and Clover, Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, Special A, Junjou Romantica and Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi (if you're fine with yaoi), Clannad, Gravitation (Shounen-Ai), Earl and Fairy, Toradora!, and Bokura ga Ita.
