for skateboarding animê I couldn't really find much but many people did recommend to others asking your pergunta to watch Air Gear and Eureka Seven link
link as for emo animê I'm not sure about there being anything emo specifically but there are many Gothic/horror themed animes. so you might want to try the gótico theme.
