well i did a google image procurar and i got this name

rinyuki hanzai shippuuden

so her name is rinyuki hanzai

and i thinks she from naruto

Looked for awhile. It appears to be an original fanmade naruto Shuppuden character made por Meyxrabbit. She can draw, but her art style seems inconsistent. She has a fanbase on DA & photobucket, but she does little mais than make OCs.
