Maybe, but probably not. It's part Final fantasia (which some would call anime) and part Disney. disney is considered to some as the inspiration of the modern anime, but it's still Western Animation. Having a mangá doesn't mean it's anime. estrela Wars and estrela Trek also have mangas, but they are not anime.
