Dick had worked a few hours and already knew that this was the worst job ever. He had mixed up a bunch of orders, experienced his first lunch rush, cleaned the bathrooms which wasn’t pretty, spilled a few drinks, and right now he was dealing with a register that had a mind of its own.
“Okay so that’s one chilli burger and” He pushed a button when the register opened hitting his stomach.
“Ow. Don’t open yet” He told the cash register. He pushed it back in.
“Let’s try again. One chili burger” He said. The register opened again. Dick backed away before it hit him again.
“Grrr” He growled. He pushed it as hard as he could. He yelled in pain. He smashed his fingers. He grabbed his wrist and held up his hand. He looked at his damaged fingers. They were red and they were throbbing. The customer had a sympathetic look her face.
“Arty. Artemis” he yelled freaking out. Artemis was at his side. She finished the order then gave some medical attention to his hand. They were at the locker rooms. She was wrapping his hand.
“Artemis I’ve concluded something” Dick said very calmly.
“What’s that” She asked.
“Well I just gathered a few hours worth of information but I’ve concluded, that this is the worst job ever” He said.
“Come on it can’t be that bad” Artemis said.
“Well it started when I got soda dumped on my head. Thanks for the warning about that” He said sarcastically. “Then a bunch of angry customers yelled at me because they didn’t get there stinkin chili order. And you know I think I got mentally scarred when I had to clean the bathrooms. I now have a deathly fear of lunch rushes. And now to topo, início it all off I have possibly a broken hand!” He yelled.
“First of all it’s not broken. segundo of all first days are always rough. Don’t worry I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it” She said finishing the bandage. He inspected his hand.
“You should probably put some ice on that when you get home” She said putting away the first aid kit. Dick looked at the clock. The four hours were over.
“I’m free” He said before running to change.

Revenge threw the criminal into the mural and heard a satisfying groan of pain.
Nightbird grinned and started to walk out, but Revenge stopped her. He picked something up from one of the criminals before grappling through the roof.
Nightbird opened the doors and yelled at Draxx to come collect his revenue or something before joining Revenge on the roof.
"What is it?" she asked.
Revenge pulled a red-black feather out of his utility cinto, correia and looked at it for a moment before jumping off the building and landing on his motorbike, speeding away.
