Chapter One
My name is Kitty Prince. I was borne on July 22, 1809. I was the young daughter of a lord. I was loved por all even though I was the third daughter.
My older sisters were Elizabeth at age twenty-one and Sarah Maine at age nineteen. they were both very beautiful. Elizabeth had golden brown eyes and deep brown hair that curled around her face. She loved música and art. Sarah was very plain with brown eyes and hair. She loved to read hated parties.
I had fair blonde hair like my late mother's and ocean blue eyes. I loved to dance, sing, and grow a garden in the back of our manor. I was rather lively at the age of sixteen. Edward was Mama's only son and heir to the house. He was my twin; omly older por three minutes. He had fair hair deep blue eyes framed por long thick lashes. All the young ladies and school girls chased him.
The seguinte set of twins were Emily and Eva. Emily was a sweet young thing at age ten. She had a beautiful voice. Mama had believed that she would marry into a good home. Eva, however, was vicious and cruel. She couldn't sing, dance, draw, or weave. Papa loved her spirit and Mama had loved her long, flowing black hair.
Papa was a very old and wealthy man. Owner of a large plantation in New Orleans. Mama had been the young and sensible daughter of a poor farmer. She had been placed into edicate school to be trained as a governess. Papa had met Mama at the annual school ball. "She was so beautiful," he would say, smiling. He always told us that Mama had worn a blue satin dress with her hair framing her face. Papa promised me that when I marry I will wear Mama's ball gown.
Mama had died when Eva and Emily were borne. I was six and helping with the delivery. Mama's funeral was gorgous. She was wearing her wedding vestido and laid on a cama of satin. She was surrounded por lilies that everyone had laid there in respect. Her coffin was made of oak and Papa had made it with his own hands. We buried her at midnight. Everyone wore white and stood out from the darkness. We mourned her for a week and three days. Papa was depressed for a while but soon popped back down to earth.
As soon as my sixteenth birthday came so did the suitors. Elizabeth and Sarah were already married and had a couple of young ones. I sent away almost every suitor; ebery now and again one would come por and I would tease him some. Whenever he talked of marriage, I would say that I wanted fifteen yound ones and I would start naming them. He never came back.
One night I was in the palor, sitting at the huge baía window looking up at the moon and cantar of vampire bites and amor spells. My personal servant glided in and stood por the arm of the chair I was in, nervously twitching.
"Yes? What do you need?" I asked after my song was done.
"Another suitor is here, miss. He would like to speak with you now," she replied in a whisper.
"Well send him in. Might as well go ahead and turn him down."
"That won't be necessary, Miss Prince," said a cold voice. I rose to greet the poor man whose coração I was about to break.
"Sir," I said breathlessly. He was gorgeous! Wind blown black hair and charcoal colored eyes. So mysterious! His body was musclar, shaped, and tensed.
"I am here to escort you to the ball at my manor, miss."
"As you can plainly see, I am not dressed for a ball, but for bed. now if you will excuse me," I said. I turned for the door, but my mysterious guest wrapped his long fingers around my wrist, stopping me.
"I will wait for to dress, miss," he whispered; eyes twinkling away.
"Of course you will," I whispered back. I headed up the marble stairs and through the oak dor that led into my washroom, trailed por my personal servant.
"Oh! Hello, sister," said Eva. she was standing in front of my mirror, curling her hair.
"Out, Eva. I have things to do," I commanded.
"Yes, sister." Eva curtsied and walked, head held high, out of the room.
"Lucy, be a dear and start my water," I commanded sweetly.
"Of course, miss," whispered Lucy, gald to have something to with her hands.
After a few minutes, I started to undress. Lucy helped me out of my night dress and I slipped into the giant tub with a sigh.
"Shall I wash your hair?" asked Lucy.
"No, Lucy. It will never dry in time for us to leave," I said dismissively. She nodded and brought me a rag and coral soap. She turned and left.
Somtimes I think I'm a little hard on her. If Father knew how close we were, he would fogo her and whip me.
Putting all thoughts of Lucy and Papa to the back of my mind, I began to wash. I scrubbed my arms and pits. I scrubbed my breasts and stomach. I scrubbed my legs and private parts. I scrubbed my feet and rinsed my various soapy parts. I rose out of the water, steam rising from my body. I dried myself and called for Lucy.
"Yes, miss?" she said as she popped into the room.
"Heat the curler. We need to curl my hair. Oh! And also I need my rose dress please."
"Of course, miss."
I stood there waiting for her to return. Staring at myself in the mirror, I picked up the curler and began to sing. I curled my hair whil cantar "My amor For Thee". It was the song Papa had wrote for Mama's service.
"That was lovely, sister," said a calm manly voice.
"Oh! Edward don't sneak up on me like that!" I shouted and popped him with a towel.
"Ha ha! I could always scare you, dear sister. Where are you going?" he cocked his head to the side like a lost puppy.
"Another suitor has arrived. I am to go to a ball at his manor," I said sadly.
"Hmph! I have told Papa time and time again that you shall stay here with me as mistress of this manor."
"Brother, you know as well as I that one dia you will be married, have children of your own, and then there will be no room for myself. Sooner or later I will leave this place. The sooner the better, dear brother."
"I will miss you when you leave us, sister," he said as he held me.
"I know, brother, and I shall miss you."
"Miss, I have your dress and rose colored pins for your hair," said Lucy as she walked in.
"Thank you, Lucy. Good bye, brother. I need to dress." Edward turned and left Lucy and I to our work.

Here I phase
Here in my old age
Here I run with no place to go
Here I stand with no purpose
Here I am with no show,
No lights,no cameras,no grace
Here I am with this world having me in it's tight embrace.
But I won't give in.
For God Loved me so.
Here I am in this place,
Here I am just watching the world race.
Watching the world fall apart,
Here I am just waiting for a new start.
As this breaks my heart,
I know I will cadastrar-se God's cart,his army,his people and I will live in heaven above.
Here I am asking you,
What will you do?
Here I am watching you phase,
Here I am watching you turn to old age.
With no place to go,
Here I am telling you don't want to low.
As we change and as we grow,
This world will face judgment,This I know.
Don't turn to old age,
Don't get lost in the world's maze.
Save you self.
Don't let yourself phase.......
Here in my old age
Here I run with no place to go
Here I stand with no purpose
