Small sea shells
Sparkling water
A colar that represents something that has to do with the sea to use as a symbol
Sea salt
Two ocean scented candles
Back ground música that reminds you of the ocean
Piece of paper

Fill the jar with tap water and mix it with salt
Put some shells into the jar and close it tight
Fill the bowl with the sparkling water.
Place one candle on your left, right and in front of you
Place the sheet of paper in between the candles
Turn on the música
Light the candles
Turn off the lights
Make your hands all wet with the water from the bowl.
Take the jar with the shells in your right hand and a spare big shell in the other
Start shaking them and say this once.

“Guidance spirits come to me, Make me what i wish to be, dancing on the ocean floor, Dancing with the peixe and more. But not permanent is my wish, i don’t want to become a real fish.
