You may ask who and what is Mary Sue and a Gary Stu?
Well my follow fã popper a Mary Sue and Gary Stu is a written or drawn mistake, lie or fake.
Why are they supposedly a lie or a fraud?
Silly you! They're a lie and,or a fraud because they're perfect, no flaws, no issues, and no worries. Basically everything a human isn't or can't naturally have.
Mary Sue- Is a female who is beautifully, smart, sexy, strong, independent, sentimental, generous, slim but curvy at the same time, and yada yada. She's basically the perfect woman with no flaws and a sex symbol that tops over all other sex symbols. Her talents, her beauty, her smarts, her body, her everything is better than yours and everyone agrees and loves her. Anything she does 'wrong' is a misunderstanding and in the end she's still the lovely and good Mary!
Gary Stu-Is a male who's sexy, handsome, smooth, smart, sentimental, tough, bad boy, edgy, romantic, muscular, strong, has lots of money, and smooth with the ladies again because this is kinda a huge point to them. Basically he's everything a Mary Sue is but is a male. He makes your man like a dumb ugly dog. ( cachorros are cute por the way. Not cuter than gatos though) He has no real flaws. Bad boy, no because every girl or guy ( there's no discrimination in this artigo except against Mary Sues and Gary Stus) has a bit of a soft side for the dark side. ;)
These 'people' aren't real because of these facts they have no flaws or problems. Especially no challenging problems that has to take a whole series or book.
Harry Potter, however, is faced with challenge after challenge that the main challenge, Voldemort brings upon him with his followers to help him. Also Harry deals with personally problems and feelings that we all had, can relate too, and are very much human. Harry's challenges last each book and the main challenge lasts through the whole series and with these challenges he grows, develops, understand things, and find ways to stop the badies and all that good stuff.
Anyway, how do they become to exist?!
That's what everyone asks! Why? Because Mary Sues and Gary Stus are common in literature, television, plays, and movies. Even in popular, well written and applauded works of art.
They exist because some authors, artists, directors, writers and all them wanted to have a character who resembles themselves but are the better versions. Or they are what everyone should strive to be but are impossible to reach por all humans because the standards are impossible to reach. But remember not every character standard can be considered impossible especially if they are a real character not a Sue or Stu.
In My Little Pony Twilight Sparkle became a princess in "Magical Mystery Cure" because she understood and knew the power of friendship. She of course was then bashed for becoming a Sue. But can you call her that? No because she had fears and problems. But she overcame them through out the series with the help of friends and her own courage and bravery. This also gives her character development but we will go over that later. Her standards weren't too high and impossible. You have to overcome something life changing or different than anything you ever experienced. No you won't become a princess or a prince, you will however feel some accomplishment and arise up from your old way(s) and become a better you.
Are all characters we look up to and want to be like Mary Sues and Gary Stus?
Hell No!Well defined characters are mais human like. They have flaws and strengths that sometimes out weigh the other or are equal. You can relate to them because of this.
Flaws if you most know are faults, weakness, and imperfections within or outside a person, idea, thought, or thing. They can be small or big depending on the way it is used and looked at. Strength however, are good or beneficial qualities or attributes of a person, idea, thought, or thing.
How do I avoid making this character!?
Wise one!! You don't what a lifeless, boring drone. So here are some steps:
First the basics:
The character name, looks, and personality.
These can change depending on the setting the character is in. It's been proven por many other people that Mary Sues and Gary Stus usually have names that have a super specially meaning. But there are acceptations if you ask me. For example, a baby is born during a war and the parents decide to call the baby Victory or Hope, Victory to remind them of what they strive for. Hope is as basic as it can get.
Appearance can change variously depending on age, era, style and person. Now here is some limitations, she or he can't possible look better than everyone in the whole room unless the story is told por the person who loves our heroine or hero. Why because they're opinion is going to be bias because they are in love. Or it could be bias if the narrator is our main heroine and she/he believes she/he's mais gorgeous/handsome than everyone else but this could be written as either a flaw or a strength because she/he is either arrogant or confident.
Here are some body limitations if she is bone thin don't say she has curves in all the right ways, if she's chubby don't say she's fitter than every girl in school because it's kinda unrealistic for both lines. If he is bone thin don't say he's the best football player because of his natural physical strength alone. Natural strength as in no powers, no magic, no drugs, no bribes, no video games, and no dreams. But again if it's from a bias persons point of view it can be put off as an acceptation. It could be written off as being a Mary or Gary when the story is told basically por an unbiased or outside character.
First off the character can be attractive, friendly and smart. Why? Because both woman and men can be this way without being perfect. The reason why a person could have these strengths without being a Mary or a Gary is because the strengths most likely will be balanced with flaws or occasionally topping over each other. There are mais strengths too por the way. Such as talented, generous, open minded, creative, exciting, lovely, elegant, popular, independent, strong, healthy, athletic, brave, witty, cunning, etc. There are many flaws that are out there and could be a trait for a human as well as a character ,such as being ignorant, close minded, lazy, boring, dependent, weak, coward, arrogant, naive, bossy, ugly, mean, etc. As you can see some or most of the flaws is the opposite of the some or most of the strengths.
Second: Back story and Goals
This is where we know the history of the character and can direct us to the character's possibly future. This is where we learn who's their family and friends are, possibly their enemy, were there some lovers, were there some coração break, or were there some terrible things that happened to our character. Was it death, rape, molestation, traumatizing experiences, or something? The back story can example many things about the character whether why the appear this way, why do they live here, why do they amor this or hate that, why are this/that way? Back story is basically what were character history, present and future is.Make them at least have one personally fear because everyone has one. Give reasons why they are nervous or afraid of this or this happening.
Goals are basically what the character has accomplished or hasn't accomplished yet and what they want to accomplish. This also help us with the back story of the character or the whole story itself, This can also tell us why the character act this way, like this and dislike this, and are a certain way. Goals, back story, development and personality in my opinion is what makes a deep character. Deep characters have complicated feelings, thoughts, goals, development and personality.
Development is of course how much the character progress, learn, and better themselves and others. You also will learn the rawness of the character, what they are and who? Why they do this or do that? You understand them and relate to them. They are slowly fixing their flaws and inspiring you to do so too.
A Mary Sue and a Gary Stu does none of these things or have these things. They aren't complex, they weren't hard to figure out. You what is happening before it is happening and there's no real problem or suspense around them. Why? Because Mary and Gary aren't meant for serious novels and televisão shows. They're little characters the author or whatever put there just because.
Don't make Mary Sues and Gary Stus. Just telling it how it is!

Remembering is just an invention of the mind,
So you need not try to remember something,
You remember it automatically.
Which is the best thing that you could have.
The good times that we had...
It is placed in a portion of your mind.
The bad times that we had...
It is placed in the other part of your mind.
You try to forget all of the bad things that happened,
But it is not possible.
It is stuck in you.
The bad things are painted in ink on your heart.
The good things, you try to remember.
And they stay.
They never go.
Never leave you.
Remembering is just an invention of the mind.
And, well...I guess I'm happy for that.
So I can remember every friend I've had,
Every boyfriend,
And all the good times.
Every memory will never leave my heart.
They will never be forsaken.
Never.
So you need not try to remember something,
You remember it automatically.

Different in ways they couldn't control
Killed for reasons we do not know
Ranging from ages young to old
The innocent people were taken from homes
Soulless people did not care
That the Jewish were in despair
Concentration camps ending their screams
Breaking apart their families
Not once did they do anything wrong
They opened their mouths and sang a sad song
Years went por and mais pain came
Until on one very special day
As one we all saved
The survivors of the Holocaust
