Example: Mary is dating Sonic, sisters with Amy, use to be married to Tails, and Knuckles has a crush on her. (I think like working for the real character is fine.)
2.) Their race is not their last name. -.-
Example: Mary the Bird = Mary Bird (Make up a rational last name, people!)
3.) Have a good bio.
Example: Mary was born in the capuz, capa and raised in the capuz, capa (XD). Her parents were in a gang so they got shot. Mary will get her vengeance one day. (I FAIL AT THIS EXAMPLE! JUST MAKE A GOOD BIO!)
4.) Have a great personality.
Example: Mary is naive, nice, quiet, and caring, but can make a nigga draw some blood. (XD)
5.) Don't make them be godmodders!
Example: Mary is a demon, vampire, werecat, fairy, butterfly, pony, and a SAQUATCH!!! (XD)
6.) NEVER MAKE THEM STRONGER, FASTER, ECT. THAN A REAL CHARACTER!!
Example: Mary's faster than Sonic and Shadow COMBINED!
So follow them 6 rules and you and your FC won't be hated por mankind. :D (XD)

Blood said, "Im sorry visiting hours are done you will have to leave" said one of the nurses "give me a second, Dad I amor you please just wake up, okay Im leaving" Blood walks out the hospital, Zoey walks up to Blood "Visiting Dad?" she said "yeah still nothing" Blood's left hand electrifys then stops "okay what was that?" he looks at his hand "Weird"
