CHAPTER 5: werewolves


"How are we going to do that?" I asked.

"Were not, they are," Alice said pointing to the werewolves.

"Woa, woa, woa, these guys belong in a mental hospital, they could kill us!" Collin complained.

"Alice, what are they going to do with mom and dad," I asked.

"I could take 'em," emmett said before alice could answer.

"You'll get your chance," Alice smirked.

No one even bothered to answer my question.

"But why couldnt we help," Esme asked.

"Because were not werewolves," I answered.

"Exactly, they wont negotiate with their enemies," Alice laughed.

"What about you and Jasper, couldnt you guys go?" Esme questioned.

"They, or whoevers doing it, would hypnotize them before they had a chance," Carlisle replied.

"Well, how do you know he'll listen to us, i mean look what happened to Paul," Jared commented.

"But we all know how big of a temper Paul had," Sam said.

No one disagreed.

"Then its settled, you will start looking tomorrow," Alice said.

"Im not leaving Renesmee," Jacob said grabbing onto my arm.

"And im not leaving Jacob," I said grabbing onto his arm so we looked like a human-vampire-werewolf pretzel.

"Why doesnt Renesmee go with them," Emmett suggested.

"Are you crazy, she's just a kid!" Seth exclaimed.

"FYI Im 14," I said.

"Thats why you should go," Esme said.

"Huh?" everyone said together.

"Even though she's half human, half vampire and kill people like that, they wouldnt kill a girl," Esme explained.

"Well a young one at least," She added.

"Good point, and even if they did theres 1,2,8 of us," Jacob said.

"Yeah, and if we find them we might find mom and dad," I said hopefully.

"We dont need to find your mom," Quil said in shock.

When I looked out the door I saw my mom crawling towards us.
