Never officially in the original show or PPGZ. In PPGD Blossom is currently w/ dexter (shown below) and the RRB had only a few pages about them when Butch fought XJ-9. But it does show Boomer dia dreaming about Bubbles a lil bit. So as of right now, they've only coupled up in fã fiction and fã art. (the picture below is from PPGD done por Bleedman. Just to make it clear, I'm not trying to steal anyone's artwork)
